Very thoughtful staff. We went through the drive through and the staff packed our large order very well. Chicken and sides were good.

Just had the worst Original Recipe chicken I've ever had in 30 years of eating there. Grease was not drained and there was a pool of it in my box. It was so bad, it ran out the box and got on the table. I had to use a dozen napkins to clean it up.

Chicken and fish were under cooked. Had to wait 10 minutes and the food was generally garbage. I don't care about customer service, when subpar potentially dangerous food is served. I want my $9.53 back.
