My niece's party here last weekend was a complete disaster. Book a different place, this one is not worth it at all. The party before ours did not leave at their assigned time. I spent the whole hour of play time asking kids from the previous party to leave the play area. This party was using all the party rooms. I was told I could get into one to set up at 3:30 to be ready for cake at 4. The previous party was still there at 4 so I sat my kids on the gross floor in the play area to sing happy birthday to my daughter and eat cupcakes. While we did this, kids from the other party came down the slide and nearly kicked someone in the head. Another kid tried to take a juice box away from one of my guests. I really felt for the two women who were working that day. All they could do was make announcements over the low quality PA system telling the previous party to leave the play area. They called a manager who never got back to them, so they were on their own. I told them I would not be paying the balance due for the party, and that I'd be happy to speak to a manager about it over the phone. I did not ask for a refund of my $150 deposit. I sent an email when I got home, explaining what happened and why I refused to pay the balance. I heard nothing for six days, then the same employee called to tell me that the owner says I still owe the balance for the party. This person never replied to my email, did not call me to discuss anything, and made his subordinate call me to ask for payment. This place used to be great but now everything is dirty and/or broken and the party experience was awful.

(2019 story) Got invited to a kids birthday party and it was fun, me and this one kid started yelling "Okay boomer" at each other. Ended up getting in a fight with another kid which he then started throwing plastic balls at me so when I did it back he started chasing me, I ran up the jungle gym and into a bouncy house but he kept chasing me. So then I made fun of him for not being able to catch me and I started calling him a loser. As we were leaving the kid ended up snitching to his mom but since we were already in the lobby I did take the L to him and he got even more upset and I didnt get in trouble. Summary: I taught children to call other children loser and to emote on them. I am the best influence.

My wife and I took our two children to BB Kidz for my older son’s birthday. My kids have been there before and they love it there! Before we left, my wife checked their website to make sure they were open and for how long. The website said they were open from 11:00–7:00. We arrived at 2:30 and when we got there, a sign was posted on the door which had different hours...11:00-3:00 and 5:00-7:00 and they were closed from 3-5! We went inside and we were about to pay and my wife asked the young woman what their hours were and she said “oh we are closing for a private party at 3:00” We told her about their website and she said that was Not updated regularly and that we should call before we visit. This is very poor customer service!! She said they would be re-opening at 4:00. Since we only had 30 minutes before 3:00 we asked if we could play for a half hour and come back at 4:00 and she said no. What bothers me more is that they were planning on charging us for the two hours even though we would have only had 30 minutes. This is not ethical behavior. Very poor experience which is a shame because my kids love this place!
