He arrived early and was able to pin point the issue with our boiler not firing and was able to source the scarce part from near by town and gave us hot water we did not have for a few days. He was courteous and professional with his work and answer all my questions patiently. His tools were very organized when he arrived and our boiler area was even cleaner when he had finished his job and left. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend James. He presented options for doing some work on our 15 year old system and provided recommendations for a cost effective repair. We had Josh and Evan install a new hot water heater and getting system up to code. I called and within 3 hours they were here to complete the job. They were professional and efficient and explained everything fully before and during the job. Area was cleaned and up and running. Was more than I initially thought but realized that more work was needed to make system up to code. Thanks for a job well done.
