My son's school uses this company for school photos. I purchased a digital download with my package and there is no link to access the digital download to be found. They were unable to get a good smile out of him (When all 3 of his preschool photos years prior, taken by another company resulted in big, beautiful smiles). The class photo is tinted an odd color, cropped in an odd way, and half of the kids aren't even looking at the camera (mine included). Several children also have their eyes closed in the photo. Using this company was out of my control, I have suggested the school use someone else going forward and do not recommend this company to capture these precious memories.

Been dealing with them for several years due to school pictures every year there is a problem. Poor pictures, kids aren't smiling, hairs out of place, bad edits, cropped funny, filter placed on one photo and backgrounds didn't match, this year it was the wrong print package and they won't respond to my request for a refund even though I have returned the pictures. One kid got 3 envelopes of their mistake prints. What am I supposed to do with extra prints of one child and a terrible photo to boot. Makes for an unprofessional vibe to send me your mistakes, recycle them! Going to have to call my credit card company to deal with them.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. They produce horrible, run of the mill pictures. No attention to detail (for some). They totally screwed up my daughters school picture and she was horrified when she came home with the proof. She asked to see the digital picture (they said no). They could have prevented what happened to my daughters pictures and they made no effort blaming it on a machine. After my daughter came home on tears her biggest fear was the yearbook. I called some acquaintances in the community and a chain of folks including another local photographer, not even the company, O’Connor, was more concerned in rectifying the problem. I had and have no interest in patronizing this company whose customer service is just not worth giving them the money. Every year they are at a school where I have children, I will outsource getting a school picture from the local photographer who stepped up. I wish the school district that I Iive in would end this stuff about tradition and end O’Connor’s contract. The other photographer is so much better! My kids pictures from their previous schools in the district were amazing taken by the other photography business. They took their time to get great smiles, they made sure students were camera ready and the end product… lighting, class picture and everything was more than satisfactory! It is clear OConnor doesn’t care because these are school pics and they have a contract…they should care more about customer satisfaction and quality. Boo!

Would give a 0 if I could. Picture order forms did not come home from my kids dads house (not the studios fault onviously). So, every day for 5 days I called and left messages asking for a call back that way I could still place orders of my girls photos. Not one call or email back. I also reached out via their website. No response back. Each message I left had my cell phone, office phone as well as going to the extent of leaving (and spelling) my email address. Terrible customer service! I'd be IMMEDIATELY UNEMPLOYED If I did not respond to my customers like this. 100% unacceptable. Originally I was hoping the poor review would encourage them to reach out to me, but with the current reviews and lack of service I've received, (mind you I'm looking to overpay for school pictures, aka asking them to rob me blind for sentimental value) I would image they don't care at all. Very disappointed.

Senior photos were taken in the morning and they were on the website later that same day.
