Rewards or mobile ordering never seem to work here. It has been broken for what seems like at least a full year. Also recently forgot an item on an order.

If i could ask the corporate the take away rhe franchise from these pathetically incompetent people. Rude pathetic staff. We placed our order on the app, drove for 20 minutes hoping our little order will be ready but no… The staff looked at us from window didnt come to the window for another 5-6 minutes. When they did they had no idea there was an order. Then it took them 13 minutes to finish the order. So 50 minutes for a fast food drive through. But yeah buyer beware. Had we not been in a hurry and just driving by i would definitely have checked out the other glorious 1 star reviews.

Normally Wendy's is very consistent with a juicy burger. Not this place. Twice I have visited around 5pm. Both time burgers were Very dry. Nuggets the same, dry and cold. Not worth the bloated cost.
