I took my Honda 2008 accord, I am putting the car under my name. I live here in Red Bluff, and I received horrible customer service today. They wouldn't do the smoke test to the car, because the registration has a Sacramento address. Because I am just buying it. They didn't give me an opportunity to talk. The lady there just kept repeating that since the registration had a Sacramento address, I had to take it there. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but that is no way to treat a client. She basically kicked me out. I recommend you to go else where if you can, to avoid this bad service.

I walked in on wed(2 days ago) & it was at closing but doors were up so i stopped.. Met the Gal/Owner?.. Really Nice gal & what seemed HELPFUL!! SHE MADE ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY (Fri) at 11:30.. I show up and the place is CLOSED!!!??? LOCK STOCK & Barrel!?? I guess id understand if something serious happened? But no messages... I tried calling 3 times & message box is Full!..?..:( i have Court on Tues.. Ughhh.... Dang it!Don't get me wrong.. They Both were extremly imformative & seemed so willing to help.. & thats why i wonder if something didn't gonwrong personally.. Hope not & ill check back next week.

Lady behind the desk was extremely rude. Then the gentleman started questioning the carb compliant banks power system that had been installed on my truck for years. I told them i would go elsewhere and tried to pay. Because i mentioned that she was rude she threw my debit card at me and tefused to give me my vehicle registration paperwork. Then threatened to call the police on me for asking for my paperwork. Highly unprofessional and i am 100% sure they were trying to pull a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Update. Went to honest smog in Oroville, they took the time to identify my headers and passed with flying colors. Worth it do drive the extra hour for an honest company.
