From start to finish Gem was excellent. A receptionist answer the phone immediately took all of my information down and then also connected me with an estimator and scheduled the date right away for the estimate. Devon was on time and explained everything thoroughly to us at the time of the Estimate. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Once we had the estimate we were able to schedule the work in two weeks from the date of our estimate. The crew that came out was on time did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves every day. Anytime we had any questions the crew explained everything they were doing in detail answered all of our questions and were polite and friendly. Not only were they polite but they were upbeat and in a great mood every day and worked great together. Once the installation was complete the crew leader went over everything with us. He stayed until we were familiar with how to operate all of the units. Jim was referred to me by a client and now I will be referring all of my clients to them I couldn’t be happier with the process start to finish. Everyone from the office staff To the estimator and down to the crew doing a job or excellent at their communication and responsiveness even on weekends and evenings.

Very professional, experienced and well versed installers Byron and Bruno of GEM Plumbing added ductless mini splits to my home this week. They performed the installation exceptionally and efficiently, all while being as kind, courteous and helpful as possible. We were kept informed throughout the process and given a tutorial on how to operate our new system when they were finished. I would highly recommend the services of this company and their technicians.

We were impressed with the professionalism of every GEM team member we encountered, beginning with sales, and continuing through installation. Front office was also first-rate. Everyone was invested in insuring our satisfaction. Everyone was friendly and communicative. We had one small snag and it was rectified immediately and competently. There is a reason GEM is a highly rated authorized Carrier dealer -- they deliver a quality product in a quality fashion. In our case we had a Carrier and a Spacepak installed in our older home (one up and one down). We live on the water and the condensers were raised and raised to look good. All in all, a great job.

We hired Gem to fix a broken pipe in our basement and they were so efficient, professional, and fairly priced that we went on their HVAC maintenance plan. Today was our first annual tune up and check up, and Jason, our tech, was fantastic. His communication was awesome and he was sure to give me an overview of what he'd found and done. He also made suggestions that were informative and not pushy. He understood my needs and assessed our systems with that in mind. He even clued me in to their options for handyman services, which is awesome. We have been delighted with Gem throughout and Jason was a sterling example. We will be with them a long time!

Esi is a way better company even National Refrigeration is better at HVAC repairs. Gem will probably break it.
