I would have your mom or dad call and double check, but I've been told as long as you have your parent and birth certificate, they'll pierce all ear piercings. It's actually more sanitary and a better way to get pierced by having it professionally done at a parlor.
Actually, you need your parent and your birth certificate, and they'll pierce kids younger than 16, too. The exception being private areas. I took my son to get a rook done on his 13th birthday last year. They are very friendly, and Mikey is pretty awesome.
