This place is no good when it comes to management. Jeff is unprofessional person that takes advantage of his title, he treats his employees like slaves, and is prejudice. He does not appreciate the employees at all and he uses his title as an advantage. They need someone that treats there employees with dignity and respect not like an asset. If you work here you will see how you get treated if you have a little bit of color or Hispanic.

Requested a proposal for some fencing for my house. The sales rep came out to my house promptly and I had a complete proposal to consider before he left. I had two issues. The first issue was that they required a 50% deposit and the balance upon completion. I wanted 25% down -- 25% when they showed up and the balance upon completion. The second issue was that their terms had the statement -- "Buyer acknowledges and agrees this agreement is not a time of essence contract". This means that they can put off installation for an indeterminate length of time with no recourse for the buyer. The rep tried to assure me that the job wouldn't be delayed but these days who knows what could happen and In the mean time they would have my significant deposit. When I asked the rep to go back to management and express my concerns he was firm that the company would not negotiate either of my concerns but he would mention it when he went back. The rep/the company never had the courtesy to get back to me. That says a lot to me about that company. Beware of that clause in their terms and conditions!!

Installing the fence is not cheap and you would expect a great quality fence as well as great customer service. Unfortunately this not the case. Mike the installer is too full of himself, putting us down that we are installing custom made fence (that we actually are paying for!) since it means much more work for him (??????!!!!!, really??). Fence installation should of be done in 2 days, but here 7 WEEKS later we are still not done. First of, installer made mistakes in measurement ( yeas, the same guy who brags how great he is) and due to that the fence was not finishes in timely matter. As a matter of fact apparently they ran out of pickets and were waiting for the order from Canada that took 3 weeks to resume work. You would think at this point, fence would be done? Wrong. One of the posts that was installed is of a poor quality that never should of been used at all (and again the bragger just did not care and though it would go unnoticed and on purpose was installed near a bush). On top of that some of the pickets were already warping and the main gate was installed crooked and once it rained, the gate either would not close or open at all!!!!!!!!! Jim the contractor was trying to help out to make things right as much as he could, but he can do just so much the rest is on the company that takes forever to schedule work on a timely manner. Conclusion: ALWAYS inspect every single thing after work is done before final payment. Choose company wisely. And if you do not have a good vibe of a working crew, call for replacement. There is no need to take abuse from a big headed guy! Also keep in mind: If anything company is NOT interested to make things right and compensate for inconvenience!. Good luck!
