Do not use this company ! !! They will rip you off ! !! My basement got flooded and they sent someone over who sounded know how to do job well. He pointed out that the water came from the cleaning plug on main pipe and told us to hire someone to close it and so we did. Two days after they clean up the basement there was a heavy rain and all water came out of every drain in basement where they left their machines to dry basement out. They should have basic knowledge that without installing a check valve, the basement would just keep being flooded again and again. Yet they just want to get things done and take your money. And for a 900sf with 1 foot water, 3.5k is not a resonable price. What’s more is that they even sent me an email with a sigh off form stating that they have finished their work which I rejected to sign. But today I received another bill. They want me to pay over 6k for water damage! Excuse me? First of all they did not finish there work. Second, they are not professional enough to suggest me to resolve the flooding problem first before cleaning. Third, they do their work under their own risk, it’s not my fault that their machines get damaged. I even checked with them if it was ok to leave their machines unattended which they said it’s totally fine. It’s like having a passenger pay for repairing a taxi driver’s vehicle which breaks down before getting to destination. This a worst than ever experience one can have with a restoration company. Keep off !
