The service required much more time and effort but never the less can't hold to company fully responsible for the lack of effort from their employees. I will have a talk with terminex before scheduling the second visit.

Terminix's chemicals have worked to eliminate the insects. I use their quarterly pest control service to make sure it stays that way. Also when I had pets years ago they assured me that it would be safe for my pets once it dried.

I have carpenter ants all over the yard. It’s been almost two weeks since I signed up for the monthly plan with terminix and they have yet to send someone to inspect the house. I don’t know why they cannot just come to exterminate but I have to get an appointment with an inspector first. They have no problem taking your money but good luck getting them to actually show up and provide a service. Needless to say I canceled and would suggest looking elsewhere to those in need of extermination services.

Terminix acted on my request for service quickly and the treatment they used has been very effective. Very happy with their service. Very courteous and friendly. They are very knowledgeable as well.
