STAY AWAY! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I came into this shop with a vintage jean jacket that has never been washed and had perfect white leather fringe sewn onto it. There was one stain on the shoulder so I asked them specifically before leaving it in their care if they could SPOT CLEAN only and not dry clean the entire jacket. The woman ensured me that they would be able to SPOT CLEAN and that they WOULD NOT dry clean the entire jacket! It had been a week since I dropped it off and I had not heard from them, so I called and asked if it was ready and they said it had been ready just had not let me know.... So I immediately went to go pick up my beautiful vintage jacket only to see a completely ruined jean jacket. They dry cleaned the ENTIRE jacket, leather and all! So my once beautifully white leather, is now dingy and dyed blue. Not only is the fringe now disgusting, the color of the jacket is not the same as when it was dropped off. The owner came out and told me he did in fact dry clean the entire jacket because he "did not have time to spot clean it." Again, after I specifically told them I DID NOT WANT IT DRY CLEANED, I wanted the one tiny stain SPOT CLEANED!!! This vintage jacket is now completely damaged and they do not care at all. Absolute worse experience in my life at a dry cleaner. I will never return to this establishment and I hope this review is helpful for someone in the future! The least they could have done is not charge me for ruining my jacket.
