Will not be back. Got paid and sat down by 6:50. Multiple online orders waiting a long time but we we’re the only customers in the store at the time. After 20 minutes I ask if they can rush my toddlers mac and Cheese as she was hungry. They give me an annoyed look and tell me it will be a wait. After 50 minutes I ask where our food was. The guy behind the counter looked completely lost because they didn’t have any other orders hanging. Then he finds it on the counter. So after an hour we finally get our food. Now it’s almost 7:50 and they just served us and began stacking chairs around us as if we don’t want to leave. The professionalism. Customer service. Everything about this location needs to be completely revamped. And we will drive farther out just to avoid this location

This place has been going down hill for months. Which sucks because firehouse subs i absolutely love more then any other sandwich chain. We did an online order said it would be 25 minutes no buggy. Went up there and it was not on the pick up area. Ask lady was rude to me and said the app gives unrealistic turn around times. Please wait. After sitting there waiting about 25 minutes the lady calls my name and says it’s been here the hole time you just didn’t know where to look. She was rude to two other customers while I was in there. No one over 20 year old working. I will drive to another location even though this one is down the street from my house. Clearly upper management knows from previous reviews and they refuse to do anything about it.

I have never had a problem with this place until today, I ordered online and pick up time was 7:45pm. I arrived at 7:50 just to walk in on 2 employees making out sitting at a table. Only 1 guy behind the counter doing all orders. When asked for my order, I was told they were “still working on it” the cashier saw my frustration he asked the employees to get back to work and offered me a free drink as if that was going to speed up the process. After repeatedly asking how much longer for my order, i was finally out of there at 8:15. They need new employees that are actually going to work!

Someone from corporate needs to send the workers a sandwich trainer! On a large sandwich I asked for extra peppers… I got 1 pepper on the whole sandwich . The bread was extremely hard too.
