Med One Sleep Center is the absolute best all around! Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Office manager Dedra is always a phone call away to help in any way she can. Oh and did I mention the Drs. there are very through and care about their patients! Great place!!

I had a really good experience. My tech was very skilled, informative, and helpful for my sleep study. I highly recommend this clinic. The sleep room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The tech was accomodating to what I needed to get my study done properly and actually sleep, considering you are trying to sleep in a strange place.

My first appointment could not have been better. From Catrice at the front desk, to the lady that helped me with my DME issues named Dedra. Each and every person I came in contact with was the upmost professional. I was so impressed with Dr Gaskins and the time he took to explain my disease. I know I would have been more motivated to use this machine a year ago, had someone actually explained to me what would happen to me if I didn’t. I highly recommend this sleep center— check it out!

Had a sleep study done then called back to get medical records and was told there computer system has been down since Nov 1, 2021, it’s now December 7, 2021 and the still is still down. How unprofessional is that of a medical facility not to be able to give a patient there records?

If you are referring to Dr. Greyshock, I see here EVERY TIME I have an appointment. I am slightly confused as to why you don't see her if that is who your appointment is with. She is an ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL ENDOCRINOLOGIST. She listens to ALL of my angst and helps me figure out the best course of action to solve them. Furthermore, I am pleased with the entire staff at the clinic. I am greeted as I walk in BEFORE I get to the counter, the phlebotomist and I always chat it up, and the nurses are very pleasant. It's unfortunate that you are not receiving the same type of care. Why do you think she is dismissing you and have you ASKED her to please listen to you? Everyone has an OFF DAY. A day when we were not our BEST SELF. Maybe your visit was on one of her days where she wasn't her best self. Maybe it was a day she had to see me and I SUCKED up EVERYTHING she had to give. Give her another chance, you both deserve that. Good luck.
Worse place ever. If possible go somewhere else.
