Delivery driver drove to the wrong address. Then called me mad and was being rude. When I finally got my pizza it was cold. And he never even apologized for how he acted on the phone.

I ordered pizza for delivery. Over an hour later, still no delivery even though their tracker app said it had been delivered. So I called to check on it. First, they answered the phone, "Hello?" as if the guy was answering his cell phone and not a business phone. I actually had to ask if it was Dominos. I explained what happened and he said the, "The driver knocked and no one answered so he brought it back." I suggested maybe the driver went to the wrong apartment, to which the guy said, " the driver grew up here and knows where he's going." So I asked if they could send another pizza or refund my money and he said, "we'll have the driver call before he leaves to make sure someone is actually there this time." They were there last time. This was genuinely the most unprofessional experience I have EVER had in Houlton, and that truly is saying a lot.

My gf and me have ordered quite a few times. we have no real complaints once in awhile theres a small mistake but they are always good about it. yea i will admit sometimes the quality check takes 45 minutes but ita still hot when it arrives. lol but i went in the other day and there was one guy there, and he said he was on deliverys for that night.

I'm never ordering from this location again. On several occasions I've gotten cheesey bread raw with no cheese, pizza that's literally more soup then anything else, among other things. Today I ordered a feta and spinach pizza and immediately noticed when I got the box that it was leaking alfredo sauce. When I called to have it remade the manager on duty had an attitude and was snippy when I was trying to be polite.
