Called ahead, they were able to fit me in at a convenient time . I usually go to the dealer , but found this environment mor comfortable and more direct . I had a friend visiting and they were able to assist him as well . Doug Rockwell has a good demeanor about him . Met a couple technicians who were professional . No surprises .

I had a 11:30 AM appointment for a synthetic oil change. My car was processed and taken in immediately. I attended a meeting across town and returned at approximately 12:25 PM and my oil change had been completed. The two gentlemen working the service were exactly that.....gentlemen. Great customer service: very courteous and personable. I give both of them a five star rating out of a possible 5 !!!!

Had an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. A couple weeks later found a small oil leak. Thinking the worst I stopped into Houlton store. They were able to put it up on the lift to find the problem right away. Turned out to be that the nut needed to be tightened just a little bit more. Thank you so much for the help. Not a drop since. Been coming here since moving to the area and will continue to do so in the future because they always try to make it right for the customer.
