When my truck suffered a radiator leak, I asked my existing dealer for a service appointment. I was offered the nearest one - almost a month into the future. Having been a dedicated and frequent customer of that dealer, I asked their management to see if they could get me in earlier, keeping in mind my past patronage and the emergency need. They wouldn't budge. I asked friends for someone they trusted, and Zappone was recommended. I called and spoke with Travis, who was very helpful. He got me in the next morning, and the work was completed that same day. The work was exceptional, too. I wasn't even a previous customer, and they treated me like family. I'll be doing continued business with Zappone in the future.

I’ve bought a few vehicles in my lifetime and the experience I had with this dealership was amazing, awe inspiring and excellent. From the minute I step foot into the door I knew I was going to be treated like family. My sales guy was Chris Horn. Ladies and gentlemen let me tell you how great he was. He not only made me feel like I was a part of them but was very open and frank about what he felt the best deal or vehicle I should be looking at. Any issues that came up along the way he took care of and exceeded my expectations with the whole car buying process! The finance manager Brian and the assistant sales manager David were the other guys I was dealing with and they were also class acts.
