Wow, probably half of the items on the shelves in back were broken. Prices were high for used and broken items. Store stunk of urine near the back corner where the books are. Really disappointed to find the Podunk Greenville store is better than this one.

I shop at the stores on Gus Thomason and I30 and Broadway, the ONLY reason why I am giving as much as 3 stars is the EMPLOYEES and MGRS...the staff at BOTH stores are soooo nice and hard working.....the prices are WAY too high....we GIVE them these items out of the goodness of our hearts and the CEO is known to be worth over 20 million, so how many millions does greedy GW need??? the employees are paid in the neighborhood of 8-9 per hour, manager MAYBE $12???? that is awful when they don't purchase the items, they are GIVEN to them....GREED will get you every time...I only go on 1/2 off sales and/or senior citizen day but even that is sketchy as the prices are just WAAAAY over the top.....God will punish greed...Mark my words

This was my first time in the store and I gotta say, great finds and neat store! As an alternative person,it’s very easy to find something to add to my closet! Store was also not very crowded and was easy to navigate through. Employees are very friendly and will answer any questions you may have on items! Happy thrifting!

It's on the right side of the fooking building it's a drop unless closed
No. No box. You drive through and someone comes out with a big rolling bin and accepts your items and gives you a receipt. There's NO BOX.
Looks like they take everything except furniture or large appliances.
The only thing I know for sure that they don't take is furniture.
they do and you should just be able to take it to them at the donation side of the store, you can also take glasses to any eye place and the will donate them as well
