Best experience I've ever had in purchasing a car! So impressed with the professionalism, the patience with all of my questions and ease of my purchase. Don't go anywhere else!!

Just got a perfect car a 2016 Honda Civic Touring! Had the best experience with all of the workers here! Mike was a perfect, kind, and knowledgeable salesman! I will 100% go here for all of my future car needs.

Went there for a front pinion bearing issue . Decided not to have them look it and there tried to charge me saying they had it apart. I went and check it out never apart. Scumbag there wouldn't recommend anyone to use them. Picture show old gasket sealer on diff cover still. Never apart

Metro Jeep and Steve Longey get top marks in my book. I ordered a Wrangler from them (during the chip shortage of 2021!) and Steve made the process super smooth and easy. Steve is a great communicator and stayed in touch with me before and after my Jeep was built and delivered to ensure I was completely satisfied. There was even a really weird issue that happened while it was on the car carrier from the factory that caused some specks to form on the paint. It wasn’t immediately noticeable but Steve and the service department called it out to me and assured me that they would make the paint like factory new. They worked hard to get this done as the specks turned out to be more difficult to get out than expected. Spectacular service as it turned out and when I’m ready for another new Jeep I will be back. Can’t recommend them enough!

Hi Matt, when u lease a car or truck u need a down deposit and you will need to put down your first car payment before signing the final agreement. I'm leasing now so I know how it works.
While many of us understand that people do not always get their way involving costs or quality of automobile sales or repair, this forum would benefit you much more if you ask the company directly, explained why you felt you had such a problem with the manager was the reason for poor reviews and how they may do better. Afterwards, leave a review of your own experience, rather than a(n) inflamed rhetorical post, attacking someones' job that may not be part of a bigger problem, involving a department that they may not have the power you expect they do, to make the outcome better for you. Please act politely, even if you were or feel as if you were wronged; there are better ways to go about things without creating collateral damage by communicating through proper channels with the company whenever you, as a customer, feel wronged. With certainty, if issue is taken and concern raised, most companies will at least try to resolve customer disputes if given a fair chance to do so.
The above question was answered seriously; it is their equipment. If you need help with their equipment, just ask kindly for the remote controllers or aware them if the remotes are not working properly, so they can resolve the issue (batteries, likely). The employees will usually take a moment from what they are doing to help and are genuinely quite friendly with customer service endeavours.
