Probably the best in Western Massachusetts. The guys are friendly, honest, on-time and most of all -they promptly honor their guarantee. The 1st fridge we purchased failed within 2 weeks. I am a widow mom of 4 and I asked them to please swap the way the fridge opens because they said it would be easy and because of my small space it must open the other way. Also, it was the only one I could afford. I have been trying to call them for the last 30 minutes and their phone is of the hook it seems or not functioning. The delivery people said to call them for a service call in order to swap it. But they had the fridge for a week before delivering it and I was promised it would be done before arrival. I will change my rating if they finally answer their phone, but I'm not happy to have to deal with this when it should have been done last week. UPDATE: Changing from 3 to 4 stars. Thier delivery driver went above and beyond when I told them to call the office for me. The driver later called me back and let me know when a repair man would come fix the door. The repair man came the next day and was very respectful and kind. Worked efficiently, and as quiet as possible because the kids were all online doing thier live classes. I'm grateful this place has good delivery drivers and repair men. It's the guy behind the desk that's unreliable.

I have shopped. at this store before. I am very happy with my previous purchase and still have it to this day, it's like 25 years old my refrigerator that I use in my basement . Runs perfectly. I now have moved it to my son's apartment and anticipate it will have just as many great years with him. So I went in for a stove. I found a beautiful black stove in perfect condition and had it delivered within a few days. I am very pleased with my purchase and I'm sure anyone else will be too . They give you a six month guaranteed on any Appliance you buy from them if you have them deliver it so I did . They were fast, efficient friendly. They put it right where I wanted it and were very careful not to damage any doors or Furniture . I am very happy with my choice and I'm sure you will be too.

Not very often on washers and dryers but what ever you purchase at Gigueres has been gone through and put in good working condition and is clean. Most importantly they give a 6 month warranty that they absolutely stand behind with full integrity. They send a tech to check and repair any problem immediately with a smile A great local family owned business They earn and deserve our business at reasonable prices
Well they sell them .so maybe they will offer you a price for them to resell it . But I would think you would probably get more if you sold it yourself. But call them and ask.
