I’m trying to leave a review of the cafe, but I don’t see that as a separate business on Google. Maybe look into setting that up. Madhouse Cafe is really cool looking. I had a great iced tea (that they were giving out for free at Open Streets Boston) and Baklava.

I own a 2018 Triumph Bonneville T120 and began having it serviced at Madhouse a couple years back. I’m consistently blown away by the amazing customer service and care that they take with both me and my bike. Scheduling is easy, prices seem fair and reasonable and Mark is great at explaining things to a guy who loves to ride but maybe isn’t so into tinkering! I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else!

Mike and the entire crew at Mad house is amazing. they run the best bike shop I have been too across the US and UK. I have stored my bike with them over the winter, and when my bike had some electrical issues they fixed it at no cost and gave me a new battery. They provide great service, and are kind and warm.

I dropped my bike last May and searched on google for a good shop for bikes, J’s Mad House Motors came up from its perfect reviews. She was super helpful, professional and went beyond what was her part to help me out from towing my bike to her shop, fixing it for me, store the bike throughout the the winter and even help me to sell the bike since I wasn’t really keen on riding again after my incident. Her rate was very reasonable and performed professional work. All of her teams were truly bike lovers, I was lucky to found her shop and I appreciate her help all the way! 100% recommended!
