The sign says that nights and weekends after 5pm are $12. We entered at 5:46pm, as marked on our ticket. When we tried to exit the garage, the machine charged us $30. We pressed the button for help and explained the problem to the operator. The operator first told us that we must have entered before 5pm. We did not. It was printed on our ticket. The operator then said there was nothing he could do and we just had to pay the $30 to leave. Scam scam scam.

Do NOT park here! Rates change without any communication. Called while on the garage to discuss and was hung up on. Called back and was ignored. Called the main number and was told there was nothing they could do and to just pay or get charged more for waiting for help. An attendant finally came and told me the rates changed and he didn’t even know. This is totally unacceptable.

Why would you buy a pass and then not be able to take your car in and out? The night person let me out without a word. The day person said I had to pay the $40 that came up despite the $75 pass I bought. Not only is this not clearly stated at all, but you are paying to rent the parking space either way, so who cares if you go in and out??? What a rip off.

Parking experience here was great, however the payment machines would reject any bills. Pressed button for assistance and the person who responded hung up after I explained the situation. If you're paying with card you won't have any issue here.
