I took a newly purchased older vehicle to them for an overall inspection and a coolant flush and refill. They failed to fill it appropriately and did not remotely inspect it. I drove away assuming they were busy, there was a misunderstanding of what I was requesting. I returned home and found the coolant was not full. I returned to have them top it off and this time was very detailed about what I was expecting as far as an overall inspection. I wanted the vehicle gone through top to bottom and new tires installed with a large budget for repairs 10k+. Apparently the constantly squealing belt, popping suspension and steering knuckles, engine leaking oil, power steering pump failing, failed A/C and horn were not issues among other things. I told them I was having surgery in a week and would like a report before I go because I would be in the hospital a minimum of 1 week. 2 weeks later I called them for an update. They found "no issues" and they were waiting on tires (that they told me were in stock) to arrive. It still wasn't finished yet but, they had found no other issues... I was a certified tech for several years and know what it needs (for the most part) but have no time or interest in doing it myself, especially after two major surgeries this year. I will take everything and every cent somewhere else indefinitely.

I live over 500 miles away and Brittany and Branden made it very easy to do business. And the they deliver my truck to me. Their driver, Ronald and his wife, were excellent with the paperwork.. thank you … I’m a very happy Customer!!!

The dealership was very friendly, worked with me on the price after ordering the truck and pricing going up overall. Consistently would check in to make sure I was satisfied. Everything was great. Only thing to improve is to fill the tank up on a new car purchase before the customer takes it home but that's just splitting hairs. Overall, a great experience.

Had my wife’s 2020 explorer xlt towed in wouldn’t start after 2 months of having it. Dealt with Cameron Rodgers and the experience was as expected. People kept telling have it towed somewhere else. They replaced the starter and he fixed a few cosmetic problems which was covered by ford. Few days later took my f150 in for routine maintenance and she runs like a new truck again. You can’t believe everything you read in these reviews. A lot of people aren’t auto intelligent and have no idea what it’s like working on vehicles or dealing with back ordered parts. It’s not the service depts fault. Another thing, most seal ships don’t go about checking for recalls and Cameron did that for me without me having to ask. All around great service thanks Cameron.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

They have a wide variety of used pickups. Im sure u can negotiate aprice and a truck u will be happy with
Should be very minimal...just bring it by. No appt necessary. We will need to make sure once it is unstuck, that it is still operable.
