Since Walgreens took over from Riteaid pharmacy service has definitely changed for the worse. Closed Saturday and Sunday, today, Friday, closed because no pharmacist. Really, Walgreens cannot afford more than one pharmacist? Reluctantly taking my business to Safeway.

I always fill out the questionnaire at the end of my receipt because I feel the need to really stress how great of an employee Audrey is. She knows our whole family’s names, and I see her welcoming others by name as well all the time! She brings a really positive attitude every single time I see her there and goes out of her way to help others and myself.

Went yesterday was having a bad day myself but still smiled at the tall blond guy with glasses checking people out at the cash register. He not only didn’t respond when I said hi how are you and smiled but didn’t even say a word when he rung me up and handed me my receipt still no word. Unnecessary rudeness and not a way to treat others on the job
