The only issue I've really ever ran into was trying to make a deposit. I find half the time they say their open the only part open is their ATM or drive thru, which is hard want to get stuck running around for days with cash on me bc they only got the above open.

Set up an appointment for 8:30am to quickly sign off on loan documents because this location was the earliest appointment available. Passed by 3 other branch locations with what I thought would be later appointments only to sit and wait over an hour past my appointment at the Saco location. Disappointed in their professionalism and communication.

Always there when you need financial help, either buying a new car, opening a checking account. We have never had an unpleasant person at the credit union. Everyone is happy and helpful!!! Thank you for making large financial decision understandable and easy.
