Poor teller customer service and attitude. Failed to acknowledge customer, rude facial expression and seemed preoccupied in their phone or something. Decorum and work ethic has taken a nose dive massively at some of these reputable banking establishments.

As someone else pointed out. It is impossible to bank here. As most things in life you can’t plan things down to a specific time, well too bad because if you can’t find a slot for an appointment you have to stay in line at the drive through for 2 hours! Yes, that’s how long I waited today to deposit money (too much for atm). Why aren’t they having other tellers come out and help customers? COVID? There’s definitely another way. You guys are just taking advantage of a pandemic and short staffing the bank, thus making us, the account holders suffer. Most banks are open and don’t have to have an appointment I think you guys need to consider the same before you lose more account holders to these diabolical acts of having customers wait hours for their banking needs.
