I am so sorry to say this is one of the absolute worst nail salon experiences I have had. First, they didn’t have regular polish for a pedicure (only gel and dip) which they did not mention until after we were 75% through so I just had a no polish pedicure. The manicure was also started by a younger woman at the salon who had no experience with nail art designs and I had to speak up to say she was doing a very poor job before someone else took over. Both my friend and I experienced chipping on 3 of our nails the VERY next day as well all for over $100. Everyone was very nice but to have it chip so significantly the next day is unacceptable.

I tried this place due to high reviews. I used to go to Walmart and was very displeased with their service. I’m so glad I made the switch! I’m not going back to Walmart ever! I’ve never received this much compliments on my nails like ever! Thank you exotic!

I got my full set and pedicure done by these sweet ladies who were so kind enough to let me choose different shades before I finally found the right one… they were so patient and sweet… I really loved it… will definitely come back again … ♥️♥️♥️ Got exactly what I was looking for and I cannot wait to come back ✨

My experience today was amazing. I had such a hard time finding a salon to go to yesterday. This was the first salon that actually answered my calls and was available to make a reservation for me with ease. It was so nice seeing such a beautiful family owned business. The workers were super kind and they made me feel right at home! My nails turned out just how I wanted and my friend’s nails were super cute as well. Definitely will be back 🤍
