I am so disappointed with my last visit. I've been going there for pedicures for years without any issues. My last visit I suffered a fresh wound when the stylist was scrapping my feet. She denied it occurred and told me that it was already there. It was acute immediate pain when it happened with a fresh open wound. I was not upset it happened(these things happen) but the fact they(including the manager) denied it was upsetting. Also it's only been a week and my polish is already chipping off.

After calling 16 times to set an appointment up I went in for set appointment next day for two pedicures and was told by the lady that I didn’t make an appointment. Show the lady the 16 phone calls it took me to get through the previous day still insisted I didn’t call. I would not recommend this place at all when there are other competent nail salons in the Area. I now understand why this place has a three star rating and is constantly being complained about online

Easy to make an appointment. Staff is extremely friendly, and they always do a great job! The building itself is really nice on the inside, very cute

Super clean they don't re use nail files if you ask they'll let you have them...help recycle the sponge and str8 files
