A few months ago I bought a fairly inexpensive alarm clock. It had a battery I'd never heard of and couldn't find after searching several places. So I decided to visit this store with my clock for help. They'd never heard of this battery before either but took the time to look at the clock and installed a C battery and it worked! They also set the correct time as well and didn't even charge me for the battery! Great customer service and thanks to both employees!!

I had my batteries serviced here for years and have never had issues. One of my batteries had a bad cell before the warranty was up and it was replaced free of charge no hassle as expected.

Amazing service. Honored warranty and replaced my battery. Out the door by 10am on a Saturday morning... here's the kicker; they OPEN at 10 on Saturdays. David met me at the door at 9:45 and got right to work. I'm so grateful for the remarkable service that I cannot recommend this place enough!!
