Fairly well kept up. Only been there a few times. From what I've seen, the tenants are a little questionable. Other than that yards are kept up, no trash laying around, & quiet.

ever run from these people again. I had nothing but issues with the place that I rented cluding electricity. Half of the place was down for six months and didn't come in and fix it. Then there was the fact that they have bugs. And I don't mean aunts. When I went to the manager they simply told me to deal with it myself. I am also known as other people that have had similar issues with rats holes in their walls and they will not do a darn thing about it. Plus the prices are so high Sky High. Four pieces of trailer trash that literally needed to get replace. Personal opinion they need to quit and spending the money on trips to Hawaii and a race car and fix their places. So in short do not want from these people they are literally scum Lords

They AR never on the office when you go there and my friends that live there has a problem with her furnace and her husband called and the manager gave him an attitude and hung up the phone on him as well and it's almost been a month and it's still not fixed abs it's making their really young kids sick because it's not getting fixed!!!!........

Trailers must be in good condition. I.e. doors and windows operate correctly, no need for tarps, no part of the exterior is coming apart. Need to be capable of correctly hooking up to amenities, must be mobile i.e. all wheels move, can be pulled by vehicle, not tow truck
Now they've gone back to "in-park" manager up at the Olympic Highway park.

There are 13 or 14? spaces in the center circle of the park which includes electricity. In the outer circle, there a few if available which requires electricity in the tenants name. But, they usually have a carport with storage.
Do you have any open spaces for rent?
