We just had our vinyl siding replaced by Triad Installations a few weeks ago. We are extremely pleased with the outcome! The team was friendly, thorough, and did exactly what they said they would do. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves when they were done. Also, a couple weeks after install we noticed issues with two planks that had flaws from the manufacturer (not the fault of Triad Installations). We called them and they quickly returned to replace those planks for us (we had a couple extra boxes of siding on-hand from ordering extra).

Paul Garner and Richard Barlow were great to work with. They were so nice and professional. Their crew worked fast and were so efficient with the roof installation and the clean up. Job well done! Team did a great job with roof replacement. Whole process took less than a week, from quote to completion. Originally said up to two days for the installation phase but had it complete in one day. Very pleased with performance of team, who did a good job of cleaning up and ensuring all trash/nails etc were picked up. I felt I got a quality job at a competitive price, which was lower than some of the others I looked at. Overall a positive experience and would choose them again. Nothing negative to say. And if I had an issue, I feel that Triad Installations would do what was needed to make it right.
