Location, cleanliness, facilities, price, but specially customer services were amazing. I spend at least 2 weeks out of the year at DFW and this was my first time staying at that location. Will stay there from now on. My wife and I are truly impressed with this hotel. THANK YOU!!!

Had a room booked for 3 months in advance. When I showed up to check in, they told me my reservation had been cancelled. I was left with nothing and it basically ruined our weekend getaway. Turns out they cancelled my room because I had booked at a lower rate in advance and when the hotel discovered a popular concert was being held near by they cancelled my room and sold it to someone else for a higher rate. They didn't even bother to tell me until I showed up expecting to have a place to stay. Very heartless folks.

A good shower is what I care for and I couldn’t get one here. I’m very loyal to the Marriott brand, I’m staying at least 60 nice every year and I try to stay with Merit whenever I can. This time I regretted it. the showers have a white walls that are stained, and the water pressure is unacceptable low. You can’t take a shower with such a low pressure. I’ll recommend y’all try Somewhere else.

Very convenient to one of my favorite hangouts, the FW Stockyards. It's a Marriott, so you know it's clean and comfy. But I'd probably ask for a room away from the street, especially on the weekend. Unless you really love street noise. And bring your white noise fan.
