Liberty directly harms communities and escalates climate chaos through providing insurance and investment in tar sands, oil and gas pipelines. They insure and invest in offshore oil and gas all around the world, including in the North Sea and Brazil. Liberty is directly profiting off of and protecting fossil fuel companies that wreck our climate, water, and our health. Liberty Mutual needs to stop insuring fossil fuel expansion.

Liberty Mutual is one of the best car insurance companies. Not only are they affordable, but they defend their drivers. I am grateful to have a reliable car insurance company!

I am very disappointed with this insurance company - they are not renewing my policy with absolutely no reason. The only thing they are based on making this decision was last year I scratched a car and that was my first minor accident in my 25 years driving experience. And when I called the insurance to know more serious reasons for not renewing they provided nothing.

My last auto accident (2021) under Liberty was a complete disappointment. They did not fight to get my deductible back on an accident that was NOT my fault! My car was hit by someone who does not live in Chicago and I lost my $1000 deductible but Liberty would not fight to prove the other driver that hit me was in the wrong. I provided the correct detail on the intersection where the accident occurred and Liberty told us it was inconclusive who was at fault! Are you kidding me?! FIGURE IT OUT! Take time to care about your paying customers! For all of the money that is paid to insurance companies, it is really disappointing to be hit and your insurance company does NOT have your back and fight for you! Actually, it really sucks! I can’t say I recommend Liberty Mutual and their partners (GEICO) need to reconsider that alliance!
