Came in on a Sunday with no appointment and the guys were super helpful and got me in to get my tires mounted and balanced fast. I didn't even realize that I could get them for free since I had ordered them online from them but thankfully the tech helping me pointed that out and for that they've def earned my continued business. If you need stuff for your bike or service check them out. Great staff!

This location serves all of the Raleigh- Durham metro area. The next closest store is 55 miles away in Fayetteville. Although the Raleigh store seems smaller, it does significantly more volume than the other Cycle Gear locations in the region (according to staff). I frequent the store often and find the staff to be very helpful and friendly. If they happen to not stock a particular item, they are able to directly order online and ship it either to home or the store. Since Covid restrictions have eased, they have started by hosting bike nights on the second Tuesday of every month. I've been to two events recently but the turnout seemed light. This could be due to lack of promotion or lack of rider interest. They could put on a much better event with more activities, games, prizes, etc. (There was a slow ride contest added at the most recent event). There is also an informal gathering most Wednesday evenings by a rider group called "Dem Boyz". This group is mostly younger urban sport bikers. Overall a nice place to shop although this location (and others) could benefit from a thorough store remodel/update.

I live 40min from the store. I could have gone on a popular website for convenience sake and ordered the same stuff (assuming I knew exactly what size I needed for everything). I’m so glad I didn’t because I would have missed out on the in store discounts Cycle Gear offers. Staff was extremely helpful. I’m getting back into motorcycling and needed a number of items. They worked with me for over an hour, listening to the type of riding I was planning to do and making suggestions on appropriate gear. They didn’t have a particular size of pants in stock and ordered it in store for 2 day delivery. Otherwise, they had everything else I needed in my size (I’m a big guy, 6’4” 260lbs). Very very pleased with my experience and highly recommend!

Hannah was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was legitimately helping 2-3 customers at once, as the store was relatively busy at the time. She didn't forget about me, and she worked with my needs to figure out exactly what I wanted to get. The shop didn't have everything that I wanted, but they were able to order online and get it sent ASAP. Great experience, and I'm sure I'll see myself back there again in the future.

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
