The staff don't care and will not help you. Yeah, here's a note: Hire people who want to show up and do a good job. I call in to ask if they have a specific item, the guy that answers sounds like he doesn't want to live anymore. He keeps transferring me to a department that isn't picking up. Then he tells me to just call back later. LOL. I've been to this store, it's not that big, the time that was wasted could've been spent walking to the section and checking like five times over. Let me clue you in, there will be no calling back later, I purchased the item elsewhere. 😂 I'm not filling out some stupid contact form either.

I'm a longtime fan of Elliott's Hardware, I've been shopping there for over 30 years, this new location is closer to where I live now, good customer service.

We hadn't been to Elliott's Hardware In probably 2 years. We had forgotten what a wonderland it is for hardware and hardware trivia. An example were these obscure light bulbs. You won't get these at the big box stores. There were many other delightful items. My wife found a specialized garden hanger. It's just a fun place to go. And, the staff was excellent. Stop by. I think you'll enjoy it.
