Mickey has been my State Farm Agent for almost 25 years. She has seen us through hail, winter storms and every Texas weather event we have encountered with our home and our cars. She is amazing and we are so lucky to have her in our corner when we need insurance help.

Mickey gave me my first loan for a vehicle when she was banking when I was 15 years old. I then followed her when she started her State Farm account and have been with her for years. There is a piece of mind you get when working with someone this long as well as having State Farm’s reputation behind you. State Farm has always taken care of me, my family and our belongings with great care and concern!

I had a great experience with Mickey and her staff. I say had because I moved out of state and was required to switch to a local agent in order to get my car registered. If you're looking for insurance go with this group. You will be happy.

This office has carried my accounts MY WHOLE LIFE, my sisters, my mothers. Covid came. In May, I had all the funds to get my accounts caught up and Judy specifically told me NOT to pay on my auto for June and July because I was expecting a credit. I get notice in August my homeowners had been cancelled. As I try to get the situation straightened out the only thing Judy has to say is, "I'm not going to argue with you" and ignored my calls and emails until I had my accounts transferred out of their office. When I called State Farm, we found a payment that their office didn't distribute (or whatever needs to be done so it counts) as to why my home owners was cancelled out of the blue (when that was the bill I was trying to pay since I was waiting on a credit for the balance on my auto policy Judy told me to leave). It lead into having to get accounts re-instated, policy change fees, and loss of a multi-line discount. They can't even take responsibility for and remedy the mistakes of their office.... I literally had to find someone else to fix my accounts. I guess when you've been doing it so long, you stop caring. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME building a relationship with this office. When it matters, they'll give you the run around and fail you. **EDIT** For the response from Mickey: Considering you are one of the ones I left a message with about the issues with my account, your reply is even more worrisome. A passive response doesn't fix the failures of your office or the loss of an almost 20 year relationship. Here's to DOING better.
