This was…. A was probably one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had or at a restaurant in a very long time. This was our first visit, and probably won’t be back. They claim this is a sports bar, yet they have the worse designed tap system I’ve ever seen (see photos). Sitting where we were at the bar, the two TV’s in front of that were not visible due to all the tap handles in the way! The two “best spots” at the bar (unobstructed views at each end) were broken! I want to say, we did sit at the bar, not at a table. The bartender was super awesome and attentive. The new girl who was training with her was also attentive and pleasant. The positive reviews end there. Sitting in front of the suspended taps, we were treated to a constant drop of beer that would grow and begin to splash on our menus, shirts, etc. We grabbed a rag, happy to wipe it down ever so often. Finally we just kept putting a coaster there to absorb the drips. Then the bartender was pouring a pint (remember, suspended above our heads) and the keg kicks. Now my girlfriend is absolutely sprayed with beer. We laugh, it’s just funny at this point, bartender felt bad, etc. They then put a blue, plastic “plug” to prevent it from happening again (or to show the guests/employees a keg is empty). Unfortunately, when pouring another pint of Yuengling right next to it, the bartender accidentally knocks it off, hits the tap handle again, boom sprayed again….We now don’t Giggle as much, and get to slide down to two seats next to us that opened up. Now we order food. We ordered the candied bacon appetizer, and a bowl of French onion soup. Dinners were a cheeseburger (requested medium, with garlic mustard aioli in the side) and chicken pot pie. The bacon came out borderline raw. Not crispy, not candied….Extremely disappointing, surprised the kitchen would let that go out, surprised a server picked it up and delivered it….We let them know this is extremely undercooked, we don’t think we want it. They kindly removed it from our table, and of the bill. French onion soup was forgettable, but then again, it’s just soup. The pot pie was….. different. They top it with Parmesan cheese? To me, the vegetables were crunchy and not thoroughly cooked like most of the pot pies I’ve ever had. I originally ordered a burger that was inedible, so the girlfriend took it. She’s the pot pie lover of this couple, and since she didn’t like it, I got stuck with the pot pie. About $14 for a cheeseburger. This was the most disappointing hamburger we’ve ever seen. It was cooked beyond well done. There was no Mayo, or the garlic mustard aioli that I requested (and was charged for). The bartender asked us how everything was, and we’re let her know how absolutely horrible this meal was. She was very apologetic, god bless her, she was a sweetheart. We told her at this point, we’re just so hungry…We’ll eat everything we have, but this was our first visit, and probably last. We just wanted to pay what we owe and end the evening. $76 later….no apology from anyone from management. Shame, shame on the on-duty management for not having any control over quality of what leaves that kitchen. Shame on the management/owners for having such a horrible bar set up and making these bartenders reach over their heads to pour every beer (remodel maybe???) and potentially getting guests drenched with beer (not super drenched, but still), Shame for not even caring…. Because the lack of care from the top down really shows…

Just don't. Don't come for the food. The food is inconsistent to the point that even if you …John we are so sorry that the food and service did not meet your expectations. This was not a reflection of the quality we strive to serve and we would love the opportunity to make it right! Please email us at [email protected] with your name and details of your experience including the location and date of your visit. Thank you.

Out first time here and our server was Dave. Dave was so down to earth! He gave us recommendations and welcomed us and talked to us and we felt as if we were all old time friends! The atmosphere was calm and very relaxing. The Phillies game was on and I enjoyed the victory we got. Our waitress Kaitlyn was very patient and fun spirited. She knew well the menu and the answer to all my questions. You try the sangria …Karen, thank you very much for the great review! We work hard to provide the best sports bar experience possible, so we are thrilled to hear that was reflected in your last visit. See you again real soon for happy hour!
