They did a nice job straightening my granddaughter hair. Drop in. I took away one star because they dint do appointments. If you try to make one you still have to wait as if you're a drop in, but you leave looking good. They are pretty quick for the quality work

Very unprofessional, there is only 1 stylist, she is loud, the music is loud, she never wears a mask, she is always running late and always on the phone talking over you without a mask. The place has potential but she need another stylist and she needs to clean the place. The ceiling tiles are water stained and she doesn't sanitize between clients.
