If I was able to give zero stars I would. This "LUXURY" apartment which isn't luxury at all cost me $7000 to break the lease early because I was not going to continue paying for parking when you can never find a spot(BTW if your car gets towed which they tow trust me, the leasing office will not pay for it) the obnoxious noise you could hear from the ceilings and walls from your neighbors, all the emails about keeping your pets quiet when its pet friendly, and the amount they charge for water and sewage each month reaching over $100 a month on top of all the other utilities you have to pay for that ARE NOT included. Today I get a huge charge sent on (4/26/22) for additional payments for the apartment when I moved out on 4/3/22 and had to pay for the "3" days I was there in April which I payed for the day after I moved out. I called the leasing office to ask about this invoice they sent on 4/26/22 and the lady rudely told me she couldn't help me and that I have to contact billing. FINE, so I asked for billings number and she stated "they don't have one" but you can email them. WHAT??? How does your billing department NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER?? How is this good customer service?? This was probably the worst place I have lived in. I am not one to make reviews but being 8 months pregnant and a high risk pregnancy I feel like this was absurd that they now send me an outrageous bill to add to all the stress. I moved out a month ago and I still owe them an arm and leg. GOOD LUCK LIVING HERE :)

Where do I start ? I pay so much money to live here , I follow the rules , and I am nice to everyone . I even pick up trash outside when I see it . For what ? To have my car broken into ? That is life . I’ll take that loss. What I won’t deal with is the disrespect I received from the “Manager “ Zorca who berated me after I asked for help with identifying who broke in from their camera . She said “ I don’t care it’s not my problem “ at the top of her lungs . Like a child . This is who represents your company . I’ve never stopped paying rent even when the lockdown happened . I am the tenant you want to keep . If she stays , I go.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! my boyfriends car got STOLEN from our parking lot. this isn’t new - police are in the community daily for drug activity or domestic reports. when we reported the crime to the front office they didn’t do anything except say that “next time we could pay for the garage.” so you’re telling me i need to pay an additional $300 a month to make sure my car doesn’t get stolen - no thank you! the front office manager was rude and had no respect or empathy for our situation. She simply looked at us with this smug look that left me leaving the office in tears. our lease is up in a couple months and you can bet we are getting out of here and as FAR AWAY as we can!!!

There’s nothing that turns me off as poor communication. We all have lives with schedules. I booked a tour online—they mentioned they were self guided tours. They send you a link to check in but when you do, you’re advised to enter the leasing office and wait for an associate. There was no one at the leasing office!!! The sign noted they will be back in an hour. The least you can do is communicate so we don’t have to drive up and waste our times. And then I called customer services they said “oh maybe you should just wait an hour”. I had work in an hour. Disappointed. No longer interested in the place🙄
