Quick and smooth service. Came to trade in my Iphone X and I left with a brand new Iphone 13 in the next 15 minutes thanks to Walter!

Tyler was a very personable person, he made sure getting a new phone was the simplest task I had to on Sunday, even easier then probably using the bathroom. He made finding all the accessories and new things needed for a new iPhone so easy! Best hour and half I’ve ever experienced at a phone store ever. He was even better the last time I went to go get a new phone, 10/10 would recommend everyone go in and ask for Tyler. WOW!!✨✨✨

Nice and friendly staff. Justin was a huge help when it came to finding out what my options were! The best part was I was in and out way quicker than I expected. Overall a good experience!

Something seems fishy, the updates are updates incrementally added to the iOS that is running on your phone, so the idea that the iOS you have cannot support the update does not make sense. The only thing I can think of is that your phone has run out of memory and therefore the update can not download because it does not have the required space it needs to install to the device. Try deleting some old info, transfer your photos to a SD card type device (they make a device that plugs into the lighting port and acts as a portable hard drive on Amazon). If you delete old apps, transfer your photos to the device I am referencing and free up a good amount of space (1gig of free space should be sufficient for any update to install) and try again, that will tell you if the space was the requirement you were not meeting in order for the update to be able to download. If that does not work, you should make an appointment at the Apple store nearest you for a free, expert, diagnosis.
Yes, they do wireless bill payments via cash, card or check. Unfortunately, you can't pay home services at this location yet.
