They were smoking pot behind the dumpsters while I was waiting in line at the drive thru, on top of me paying for two meals in which I received two jr spicy chicken sandwiches that was neither order. How hard is it to take an order correctly anymore? Complete lack of management at this store!

I'm wondering why they thought it was funny to give me fries that were DROWNING IN SALT...literally could not even eat them! Disgusting! Stop coming to this location!! immediately!(the picture doesn't do it justice but believe me they were inedible)

I’d give a zero if I could. If your workers cannot follow a simple order of a burger with “no ketchup no Mayo” they shouldn’t be working there. Avoiding this Wendy’s from now on tbh as I ALWAYS have an issue here. Not that y’all care. The workers were passing around disposable vapes and unable to pay attention to the customer

Would be 5 stars, if dining room was cleaned, condiment area empty and dirty, water on floor by soda machine. Dirty tables throughout. Service a little slow, no sense of urgency. Now food was absolutely amazing, was hot. New honey chicken was great. Fries were fresh and hot. Was not busy when I came in. But did get busier. Still no one to clean dining room or stock it.
