Worst customer service ever. Talked to three different customer service representatives, and none of them knew the tax policy. Also randomly canceled orders without giving any reason. Don't bother buying from them. And if you do have to buy, take your own risk and again don't even bother contacting their customer service. They were extremely rude.

Company is a scam! They sign you up for rewards program tell you that you receive reward dollars as you spend, then as you buy products they tell you we suspect you’re reselling our products and they take the reward money away from you!! Scam !! DO NOT SHOP
