The water fitness instructor (PAT) is excellent. She's pleasant, engaging, and very encouraging. She knows her stuff! She teaches effective workout methods; explains proper techniques, demonstrates the exercises; identifies different muscle groups, etc. The classes are fun; however; her expectations are high which results in a positive workout experience!Because of this and more, Pat's water aerobic classes, which I think should be called water fitness classes, are PHENOMENAL!I've been to an abundance of different water aerobics YMCA'S, including out-of-town, Pat is right at the TOP! CHALLENGE: Juniors & Seniors 9:00 a.m. (TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS & FRIDAYS)

The Menino Y is coming back. The HIIT class with Ali on Saturday was great. New cardio and weight equipment are back in place. Looking forward to a couple early morning yoga classes which I understand is in the works.

Friendly, caring and very professional. Highly recommend this facility!! Especially during this pandemic they make you feel comfortable and they take all necessary precautions. I’ve been a member for close to a decade and any issue I’ve had has been addressed immediately by whomever is working at the desk. My son is part of the LGBQT community and he feels welcomed and comfortable to participate in all programs offered.

Yes, it is reffered to as childwatch. It is free with a membership. You drop your kid off at child watch, and can enjoy a workout. You cannot leave them later than scheduled hours of child watch.

Depends on your financial situation if your under a certain budget they work with you if you make over there limit I believe its 43 dollars a month
They do not have specific machines for glutes but they have leg machines that allow you to exercise them effectively.
I don't know the specific class schedule I believe they have it on the website. Seniors are always in the gym and pool pretty much all day but more so in the am. The Gym is very senior friendly everyone comes in at different times.

I think it's 110 but if the weight is a question most likely this gym ain't for you it's tiny and is missing alot of the gym head equipment although it's good enough if your just trying to stay in shape
