They are racist and do not know how to treat they're customers. Was getting my nails done and I have big curly hair, the lady doing my nails asked if my hair was a wig. Then my mother went to make an appointment at 2 pm waited 30 minutes and was told that the lady doing her nails was eating........Why would you book a client at the same time as your lunch break??? AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Not the same! as they use to be I have been going for over 10 yrs! Now only gal due to the circumstances but my daughter did there nails and the next day a nail fell off! so they make you sign this state if this happens there not responsible after I just spent 210 between 4 of us! so not cool prices went sky high for no reason only gel

The lady that did my nails could NOT get my french manicure done RIGHT She tried 3 times. The 1st color I chose was black for my french mani She made my fingers look dirty so I showed her. She TRIED to tell ME that is what happens when ya get french manicures done with black nail polish. I explained to her that I always get black or any color other than white and I've NEVER had this problem before at ANY other nail salon I've gone to (being this was my 1st time coming to this nail salon) I gave her a 2nd chance and she asked me to pick another color so I did. I chose red... The same thing happened. The top part of my nail that was supposed to be clear looked pink due to the red bleeding into the clear section (top) of my REAL nails. She took off all the red nail polish and tried AGAIN! The same thing happened. Being I had paid in advance with my debit card I then got frustrated and told her to just paint my nails solid red. After being there for a hour and a half I was finally done and left. She put so much nail polish on my thumb nail that it smudged even after letting them dry under their nail drying machine!!! I again had paid in advance and tipped her 5 bucks along with the lady who did a GREAT job on my eyebrows. So... I spent 35 bucks plus 10 bucks in tips and left unsatisfied and ended up with a smudged nail! They were closed by the time I left so I couldn't go right back to get the thumb nail fixed smh I went to this nail salon bc it was close to my house and convenient but I will NOT be a REPEAT customer!!! I had a very 👎 👎 👎 experience here at Ocean City nail salon in Lynn Ma
