almost lived here for a year. The Management doesn't feel like your typical landlord. They value their tenants. the premises is fantastic. great water views. great common amenities. 2nd Update: Totally agree with owner response below. All of the employees are polite , attentive professionals. It is as if they are providing a 5 star hotel service , they work with you to resolve issues and in the manner that the issues do not resurface or repeat itself. They are problem solvers, the thinking type ! I wish other landlords would learn from them . it would make the renting experience so much better. Apart from the management, the whole premises and water front is something to experience . There are 2 large amenities riddled sun decks on the waterfront. Come see for yourself, we should put this new development on the map ! Great premises, Great management. This is how modern living should be. This coming from a licensed architect.

Wonderful staff! Beautiful apartments! Unfortunately we were told by a friend that no government subsidy programs were accepted, they are accepted. Graffiti in a hallway and drug overdoses have already occurred here. Not for us.

Overall, it's ALRIGHT. Apartments : B+ Leasing office staff: C+ Maintenance Staff: A+ Amenities: B- These marks should average to a solid B, but I am docking points for the missing trash chute and the weekly building wide fire alarms. So they get a C. Maybe a C+. I will revisit the final grade when we get a friggin' trash chute.
