I don’t get my nails done often but I liked this salon. They have TVs and pop music playing so you don’t get bored and the staff isn’t too chatty which is ideal for shy people like me who prefer not to have a conversation. It may be a bit pricier than your usual strip mall joint but it’s worth it because they use brand new tools when they can and everything that has to be reused seems to be sanitized fairly well between customers. I was really pleased to see that all staff is masked and they still have plexiglass divides between stations.

The service was average at best but I was charged a premium price of $85 for dip..no acrylics. The environment wasn't very clean either. They are charging premium prices for basic services

I went to get a regular manicure and was sadly disappointed by the service. I asked for a squoval shape on my nails and they are all slanted at an angle and not just straight. The white part of my nails is higher on the left side compared to the right side and my nails were all uneven. I feel like this should be something basic as I can do this myself at home and make sure they look straight. Top coat was also not good quality and there were ridges everywhere lengthwise on my nails. I use seche-vite at home and it looks so much nicer and shinier. I won't be coming back, unfortunately.

I know that I left a 5 star review a few weeks back, but that’s because some manicurists deserve 5 star. Today I went in Aer for a gel-x removal, look what I ended up with - damaged nail and LOTS of glue residue. The girl who did the removal today was very unprofessional - I was experiencing lots of pain when she was using the electric nail file (which has never happened to me), and she scraped my nail like I was her enemy in the past life. When she said that we’re done, I looked down my nail and see the rough edges everywhere. I kindly asked her if she could buff again for me - she did, but could not put in lesser effort, and still buff like she hates me. I give up, I’ll just try to do the removal at home, and never coming back again. There are some great manicurists here, Bebe always surprise me. Just choose the manicurist with caution.
