On any regular Saturday late in afternoon it becomes impossible to shop @ this KFC. DRIVE THRU LINE is always sooooooooo LONG! it is impossible to remain in line for want of service. Length of DRIVE THRU LINE is always soooooooooo long that is exceeds entire length of this KFC parking lot! So this leads KFC shoppers to mistakenly think food must be really, really great!!?? So, I mistakenly waited in this LONG KFC line only once. Never again! KFC food here is same, greasy, disgusting old tasting KFC served throughout USA! ALL the really great fresh HOT KFC chicken is only a figment of TV advertisers & marketing agencies. NOPE! This stuff is the very same horrible, mildly lukewarm greasy food as every other KFC serves. Hour long line in hot weather is not worth the wait or the prices!. Never again!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! We wanted Taco Bell. Between trying to place an online order, waiting in line to place our order, waiting inside to try to place our order we wasted almost an hour & NEVER got our food! It said we could online order but the App said we couldn't. After having workers stare at us & not help us for over 15 minutes, we were finally told the lobby was closed except for online & delivery orders. I told him it wouldn't let me order online & he only said sorry & couldn't help. Got back in line & the cars weren't moving. Almost an hour waiting, trying to order food! I contacted them to complain & have not heard from them...that was 4 days ago. SMH

At 2 pm, the chicken and bisket were dried out and not very warm. And smaller than normal. Be wary of off hours meals.

The drive thru line can be long, but moves pretty quickly. My order has always been correct.
