Rooms are a bit dated, but that's reality of a historic small town mountain resort. Only major gripe is the "adult swim" times are definitely not; 945 at night there were dozens of screaming kids running around when I wanted to just soak and enjoy the night skies. I can appreciate a light touch from management, but why post the adult swim times and no speakers rule for "peace and quiet" if that's not the case?

I have to say I was expecting a lot more out of a place that costs as much as this did. The front counter reception was very good. The brewery and restaurant were also very good. The room however is anything but good. You could see daylight through 5 different cracks in our door. That kept the heater running most of the time. We heard from another couple that they had that issue with a window which caused their heater to run all the time as well. The rooms are not very big at all. We had three adults in a two queen room and it was tight. The shower had rust spots all over the poles for the curtain. They leave ear plugs in the room because the walls are thin. Yes they are very thin we could hear every conversation from the next room connected to us. To get to our room we had to carry our stuff quite a ways from the parking lot then you have to enter a code to get through a gate. Every single time. The gate could at least be open through out the day or something to make it easier. This brings us to the last thing now that people might come here for the hot springs. The water was amazing but the pool definitely could use a good scrubbing and vacuuming. Its not slippery from freezing water its slippery from algae growth. Absolutely disgusting. I know you cant use chemicals since they would just flow out but there are ways to help it. Now its natural water so it does smell like sulfur so just keep that in mind as well. I would not stay here again.

The setting is nice, but the room had some unsafe features. One of the prongs from the plug to the hair dryer was broken off in the outlet; water from the spout sprayed all over the counter, and two of the lampshades were nearly falling off the lamps. We did report this to the manager, so hopefully it will be taken care of. The rooms need to be updated, and the carpets need to be replaced. That said, the mineral springs were nice, and the food was delicious! I would not pay to come here again, as the price per night was very high given the poor quality and safety issues of the room.

We had the best time!! There were 5 of us, we had 3 rooms. The rooms are rustic bit cozy. There were many reviews about the thin walls, not noticed. At night we left on the bathroom light/fan and it muffled any noise outside. The brewery was great for food and drinks. Warm cookies in the lobby in the evening and hot coffee in the mornings. The pools were clean. The only thing that wasn't great is there is no fridges or microwaves in the rooms. Thankfully it's winter and the front porch was cold. We'll be back!

We found the locals to be very friendly, especially at the hot pool. For such a small town it has a good selection of restaurants, bars and other shops
The resort pools are reserved for guests, members and spa clients. If you already have other accommodations we encourage you to look into our spa menu. All of our clients are welcome to use the pools before and after an appointment!
Yes, it is wheelchair accessable.
Casino night for sure
Good Morning Sandra, As for the pet Policy, we do not allow pets in the guest rooms, in main resort or in the courtyard by the pools. We do rent dog kennels for $20 per night. These sit across the parking lot and you would be responsible to feed/water your pet and you have the only key to the kennel. You can walk your pet around the perimeter of the resort. We do not have microwaves or refrigeration in the guest rooms. Let me know if you would like any more assistance. Thank you, Sarah Williams
Don't think so but i would call.
I did not recall the adjoining rooms. This is a unique little spot, unlike modern hotels. It is more like a cozy, old - fashioned guest house, with lovely quilts and decor. The food was delicious and they were very accommodating to vegetarians. I will go there again.
