First time here, I have had no luck finding a good nail salon! Today I sat with Mary and she was amazing my nails look great and she was so friendly! Amazed by the cleanliness and the fact they use separate cups for dip powder application! Thank you Mary for a great experience... see you in a couple weeks!

5 weeks ago I had an acrylic set put on I had an appointment put out for 3 weeks less than 24 hours before my appointment the salon called and said that the nail tech had an emergency and they needed to cancel. Going on their recommendation of 3 weeks I had to immediately get them filled somewhere else. That was 2 weeks ago. Today I called to get the set that they put on 5 weeks ago filled. And they are saying that they don't do that anymore. And they would have to rip off my acrylic nails and do a dip set instead. Very disappointed in this behavior.

I absolutely love the Exotic 9 Team! I have been going to this salon for 4 years. I receive so many compliments on a regular basis for my nails! Yesterday was my first time at Exotic 9 Nails. Alex applied the absolutely best set of acrylic nails I have ever had in the 30 years I have been having my nails done. I am so grateful a friend recommended I try Exotic 9 Nails after I was complaining about the salon I have been going to for 5 years in Plaistow continuing to disappoint me. Cards on file just for secure the appointments that you make. We prefer the appointments because we will know what services and we make sure we have time for that, we also don’t want to rush people in and out. When people make the appointments, some they don’t respond on it and let us sit and wait while the others want to come. We understand, if you don’t feel safe to give out the cards, you also walk-in. if we are available, we will be happy to serve you. If we are not then we have to say sorry to let you leave because we don’t have time. Thank you again for your concern.
Hi Noreen, this is Ann from Exotic 9 Nails. Thank you for your concern. The credit card on file just for secure the appointments. That requirement happens when we have people make the appointment but they don’t show up or even call ahead for cancellation. But we don’t charge anything until you check out the services. When you check out you can pay with any methods: card, cash or gift certificates... (not checks). We prefer cash because we pay too much for the credit card merchant fee but we also have the promotion give back to the customers if you pay cash. Instead of we pay for the merchant company, we love to pay back to the customers who always come and support us. Again we are thank you for concern. Any question feel free to contact us.
