Hi everyone we are building a deck 5 Stories high and we got this great delivery Guy his name is DAVE M the driver he made our work so much Easier. We ask him if he lift the material for us up in the floors he dint even Hesitate and made it so nice and Convenient for us save a lot of time and energy very Polite Gentlemen knows his job very well. Excellent customer service from an online order. I am a ships officer and was not able to open my delivery for a month as I was out to sea. I was excited to get home and open my new Fein Multimaster as I had envisioned 10 different jobs I wanted to tackle once home. I opened the box which was to include 2 kits in one and unfortunately was missing one kit. I was able to call Bob Boilard and explain the situation and he immediately remedied the problem. Professional and prompt customer service I will definitely keep Boilard Tools in mind for future orders.

We had a perfectly good 30 year old Andersen window that an incompetent contractor ruined when moving it. I thought we would have to replace it, but I called Boilards's and Dave came right over and ordered replacement parts. He was back within two weeks. When he was done, it is as good as new. Everyone I spoke to was very, helpful, competent and professional.
